How do I add my first box?
Its as easy navigating to the DASHBOARD, and selecting CLICK TO ASSIGN on a empty box.
No boxes available? Not a problem, upgrade your account by selecting the blue banner in the bottom to select the tier that fits your needs best.
Can I add more label colors?
At this time, the colors available are listed in the selection menu. In future releases, we will give the users the availability to select their colors.
How do I add an image to a box?
First select the box you want to add the image to, then select ADD IMAGE in the box view. After taking a picture of your items, you may manually add the items/quantity to the list or use AI to scan your items and itemize it for you!
What are item tags?
You may notice the + symbol underneath the add items screen. Tags are designed to help you categorize your items in even more ways! Easily add a new tag or edit your existing tags in the SETTINGS menu.
How do I scan the QR code on a box I’ve created?
Since our QR codes can only be used in our app, you have to open the Nuttic app then navigate to the SCAN function in the bottom of the screen to scan the QR code.
Is it available for android?
At this time, we are only available to apple iOS. Please sign up for our mailer to be to kept up to date on all new features of Nuttic.
What is the difference between the paid tiers and the free tiers?
You get more Boxes, Items, Cloud backup, and much more!
How do I print out the labels?
The best thing about our app is the ability to print it on anything your printer can print on! Navigate to the PRINT screen, select the LABELS (Highlighted) you want to print, and click on PRINT PREVIEW. Once you are in the print preview page, simply select the printer and any settings adjustment and click on print. You can also Text, Email, and Airdrop the labels by selecting OPTIONS.
Is there a commercial version available I can use to brand it for my business?
YES! We have a licensed version you can brand for your moving/storage company to allow your customers to use. Please contact us at support@nuttic.com and one of our agents will assist you.
Can I delete my data?
We are sad to you go, but you have control of your account for compliance. Simply navigate to SETTINGS, EXPORT DATA, and Request Account Cancellation. Please be certain as the action is not reversible.
